• Submit an Application: After you take a look at the apartments we’ve included on your list and find an apartment you like, it’s time to submit an application. The application is how the property determines if you meet their qualifications. Be sure you include the name of your agent on your rental application so that our company is appropriately compensated by the community for our free service to you. There will be no upcharges on your rent and no hidden charges to you.
• Keep Us Updated: After you have applied, it’s essential that you notify your agent that you’ve made a decision. This allows us to stay in contact with the community and assist you through the application and move-in process.
