I cannot say enough about Renee Jacobson! This woman is not only efficient and GREAT at what she does, she is caring, persistant, and amazingly helpful. When I gave her my moving directives, she promptly responded with an expansive, interactive e-list of properties that she had already personally contacted to inquire what they would have with not some but all of my communicated requirements. She makes herself completely available to her clients and doesn't seem to believe in stupid questions. As a young woman looking for the first apartment to begin my married life in, she took genuine interest in my wants and needs with utmost attention to detail. Not once did I feel even second on her list of priorities. Renee is the definition of above and beyond service culture! She even made setting up my new utilities service a cinch, taking care of the entire process and getting us a discounted price. After working with Renee, I will never use a different method of finding a new place to live nor allow any friends or family to make that mistake.
